My sister sponsor my shopping..Got two Levi's Jeans for SG$ 89.90..damn cheap right..then like 6 set of office clothes for SG$ 58 only...Its so cheap even when you convert it to RM.
Yesterday dinner was awesome..I had chilli crab..I came all the way to eat chilli crab..hehe
Tonite, we'll be going to Night Safari and off to supper..
Don't care la gain weight and all..come back only diet la..

movies I watched
These past few days was spend lazing at home. It was kinda bored and I'm proud of myself not become shiteously emo in this perios of time lazing at home.
I'm proud to say I did all my ironing and organized my closet all in the course of watching Hitman and Kungfu Panda at the same time.
Oh yeah, I violated "Only DVDRIP policy" while downloading movies and downloaded a TS version of Kungfu Panda. TS version means it's a cam version recorded in the cinema but the sound are reedited so you don't get the sound where people are talking. I wanted to watch Kungfu Panda so badly but no teman so thus I have to violate my DVD RIP policy.
It was a fun movie but at the end of the movie you will kinda forget what happen. It's not a bad movie but definitely could be done better. The movie I think should be longer, especially the training part and other emphasis on other characters such as The Tigress, Mantis,Monkey, Snake and Crane. Panda aka Po voiced by Jack Black is really amusing and hillarious but Tigress voice by Angelina Jolie is just so so. Maybe the character Tigress is too serious so it does not matter who voiced it, cause it's just plain boring and monotonous.
On positive note, the action scenes is really very good especially the chopstick scene is fantastic. The animal's kungfu skills uses their natural skill and thus making the kungfu scenes really exciting.
I have nothing more to add cause eventhough I watched it yesterday, there was nothing so memorable except a quote by Wu Gui aka Tortoise :

That's why they called today the PRESENT
Another movie I watched was Hitman. As you may know it's based on the PC game Hitman. I played the game before and I tell you the adaption to the movie kinda sucky.
#1 OK, Timothy Oliphant in Diehard is kinda hot and he's not so hot in Hitman so minus points there. ( I know its not a determining factor)
#2 He's not conditioned and fit enough as the video game where Hitman 47 is more built and tough
#3 The script pretty much sucks..Storyline is so cliche that you can guess how its gonna end at from the beginning
In point the only thing worth watching is the action scenes, and I'm not talking bout guns, scenes where they fight with swords, I think is a katana and fist fights. those gun scenes are just so so. i mean how much action you can get wear you shoot people right? Maybe if they do Hitman 2 they will change the actor..maybe it'll work like Incredible Hulk was way better than The Hulk right?

I had a busy weekend, on Saturday supposedly got dinner appointment but was abruptly cancelled because my sister wanted to suprise my parents with a cake for Father'
s days day. Knowing my mom would be a lil' jealous, she put a msg saying"Everyday is Father's and Mother's Day, Love you". They were pleasantly suprised and the cake was delicious( Espresso Cheesecale). Later that night we went yum cha with with my brother till 2 something, then went to pick up my sister's bf and went yum cha at mamak till 4 something. I slept a couple of hours cause went out wif a friend to watch The Hulk at IOI mall.Then the friend and I went to Summit cause I want to buy PS 2 games and PC games, but end up only buying one PS2 game cause the PC games are all very limited. Came back to my sis place(Puchong) at 4 pm, then went down to Pandan Jaya (my place) to have dinner. Lepak at the house for few hours, then followed my sister and the bf to watch Indiana Jones. Yes, i know I watched already but they ajak me to watch again. At first I was sort of reluctant because I don't want to sit an watch again but I went anyway. It wasn't that bad the second time maybe because I already know the absurdity of the story line so I just sit and ejoy the humour and action scenes. After the movie, we all went to Kampung Baru to eat in the infamous Nasi Lemak Antarabangsa. It was a nice plate of nasi lemak, where the sambal is spicy and the ikan bilis is crunchy. The ayam goreng is even more delicious. Went to back to Puchong around 3 am, then woke up at 7 am to go make my passport at Subang. Back to Puching at afternoon and I slept till 7 pm...lepak for while and went dinner at 9 pm. Fearing for my safety to drive back to Pandan at midnight, my sister drove me home in my car and her bf came pick her up alter. Lately, I've been having discomfort while driving at night. I think because of astimagtism. the lights seems to glow more birghtly and hurt my eye. If that's the case I might end up having two glasses. One for astimagtism while driving at night, to wear with my lenses and one the normal glasses for rabun and astimagtism. Sigh, money money money. I'm rally feeling the RM 2.70 petrol and I have pump twice as much now..
On happier news, my sis gave me a bottle of perfume COCO Mademoiselle by CHANEL. She got extra as some generous passengers buy for her for good service on board. The choice is between F for FAscinating by Salvatore Ferragamo and Chanel. It;s a tough chocie but my sis says take the Coco cuz it's more expensive about RM 300++ compare to Ferragamo costing RM 200++. So I end up with the Chanel which carries a more elegant note compare to a flowery note by Ferragamo. So that's my busy weekend..what bout urs?

Hulk
The Hulk.A Marvel. It's GREEN. It has serious anger management issues. Not your typical superhero. the last Hulk movie was a disaster and the CGI graphics is bad. One might expect the same for the Hulk, hell, what would you expect from a movie of a green monster with super expandable pants. Well, remove those pre-connotions or phobias of a bad movie and go watch Incredible Hulk.
This movie is not as cool as Iron Man, or Spiderman but for a green monster I think this movie exceeds its expectations. Edward Norton is a great actor and portrayed Bruce Banner more accurately not like the previous movie.
The villain looks like the Resident Evil Bio Nemesis older brother. The fight scenes is kind of creative and Hulk only uses his smash once. The fighting scenes also reminds me of God of War a PS2 game. In that game, the hero uses his chains to subdue the opponent. I don't know how to explain it, but for those who played God of War 2 will be able to relate to it.
One thing i like about the movie is that there are tiny hints about Iron Man in the beginning of the movie and a suprising twist.
As usual, I'm not good in words in reviewing a movie. I can talk about it real life rally well, but in writing, it won't do the movie justice. So just go watch... It's worth it ..

Tomorrow is my last day working at Sbux, not last as in I'll never work againbut I don't know when I'm available to work there in coming months. Today was non stop chatting with partners and I don't feel that tired but my leg was really aching when I came home.
There isn't much to be blogged about my working day. One issue though? I do look like a chinese right?
Why people always talk to me in Malay and when I responded in chinese they give the SHOCKED look.
No, I don't have any issues with looking like Malay, at least I can speak like one so I can cover line when I can't really talk in cantonese. Especially in sticky situations where some customers who converse in Mandarin, I'll just say I'm mixed with Malay blood and I don't know chinese. there was once where I did try my best to speak mandarin but the customers corrected me rudely and say that Chinese should be able to speak in Chinese. So i cover line say i mixed la..I damn pissed off..i ws just trying to help and in turn kena tiau balik.
So from then on, I am not gonna be so baik hati and help intepret. if you don't what latte or caramel macchiato means in chinese then just too bad la.

Black apron
I'm working opening these few days. There is this new supervisor name M. M jsut got promoted, a nice guy, so we chatted sicne it's jsut both of us in the mornings. I share my Sbux experience and he thoght I was 25..Do i look that old?
Then the middle partner A came in. I asked her, she says I dun look that old but the way I talk makes me seem more older, mature. And it does not help that I'm now wearing the Black apron. Black apron is an apron especially for coffee masters. Its not compulsory for me to wear the black apron but my green aprons are all with my ex. I've yet to call him to get it back.It makes me a bit scared. Where has the happy , crazy Ai Chen been? Has the breakup made me more mature?
today was a better day, I cahtted with A. She too just broke up and adapting to single life. Sigh..this is the season of breakups. I feel better then yesterday. i talked to a friend D.
D says I have this mental block. Maybe i have a mental block. For now I jstu my mind would stop scrutinizing every single actions I do and I hope my heart will jsut heal. It will get better in time..time..till when I have to be like that? Sekejap I ok,sekejap I emo. the Lord is playing Chipsmore game with me.
